- Refunds only for faults in workmanship.
- Due to the machinery used, we would prefer to not do any work on clothing items a customer wishes to send us. If we do work on customer supplied items, we can not guarantee that the machinery will not damage the item.
- We value customer input, whether positive or negative, but please do not use foul language when communicating with us.
- We do not discriminate and will serve all people no matter race, religion or lifestyle.
- We reserve the right to refuse to serve anyone. Occasionally a business must fire the customer.
